Homeowners can pay their Assessment Dues online!
Visa, MasterCard, Discover, AMEX, Apple Pay and Google Pay accepted.
The 2023 annual HOA assessment is $1,300.

PLEASE include your El Con Address in the “Add a note” box during the check out process.
Assessment payments are due the first day of each quarter. (Jan 1st, April 1st, July 1st, Oct. 1st)
Payments received after the 30 day grace period will incur a 10% late fee.
ANNUAL PAYMENT
